This Privacy Policy applies to jimalafly.com (AgentDir), maintained by jimala, and describes information processing associated with the current free directory. It does not cover third-party websites or products you visit through links.
The website currently requires no registration and does not offer online orders, payments, paid subscriptions or AI prompt-upload processing.
1. Information associated with visits
Infrastructure needed to deliver pages and protect the service may process technical information such as request IP addresses, access times, requested paths and query parameters, browser or client identifiers, referrer information, response status and error records. The hosting environment provides request logs that the maintainer can inspect to investigate errors, abuse and crawling. Such records are not equivalent to verified unique visitor identities.
Visitor registration, on-site checkout and prompt submissions are not currently enabled. Email newsletter signup is not currently open; updates can be read through RSS. Do not include sensitive information in site searches or other URL query parameters.
2. Browser-local storage
The website uses browser localStorage to remember light/dark theme and language preferences. These settings stay in your browser and are not a website account profile. You can clear website data in your browser settings; doing so may reset your preferences.
The current website application does not include third-party advertising or behavioural tracking scripts. This does not mean visits generate no hosting-platform technical logs, and it does not describe cookies, logins or tracking on external websites.
3. Purposes and service providers
Technical information is used to deliver pages, keep the service available, diagnose errors, prevent abuse and understand basic access and crawling. Local preferences display your selected language and theme.
The website uses OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, network delivery and the directory database. This infrastructure may handle technical information while processing requests under its applicable service arrangements and privacy information. Listed AI tools are not automatically data processors for this website.
4. External links and contacting us
Opening links to tools, resources, code repositories or social accounts takes you to the relevant third party, whose privacy policy and terms apply. Browsing a directory entry does not cause this website to submit prompts or payment details to that tool on your behalf.
If you contact us through a public channel such as X, that platform and the website maintainer will process the message, account identifier and feedback you choose to provide in order to respond. Provide only necessary information and do not send sensitive information in public replies.
5. Retention and security
Language and theme preferences remain in your browser until you change or clear them, or your browser removes them under its own rules. The availability and retention of hosting-platform technical logs depend on the platform’s actual settings and service arrangements.
