Terms for AgentDir’s current free directory, third-party links, content rights and contact channel.

These Terms apply to AgentDir at jimalafly.com, maintained by jimala. They describe the free directory features currently provided and do not state that paid products, subscriptions or payment services are available on this website.
Please follow these rules when accessing or using the website. If you do not accept them, discontinue use. These Terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
1. Current service
AgentDir is a directory of third-party tools and prompt resources, not an AIGC generation service. We do not accept prompts or images for generation, provide visitor-facing content generation or model invocation. Model names and capabilities describe listed third-party products. Generation, payments and other services take place on those providers’ websites under their own rules.
The website provides a public directory of AI tools, agents and prompt resources, with search, categories, comparisons, source links and reading formats such as RSS. It does not operate the listed third-party products or execute their services for visitors through these directory pages.
Browsing currently requires no account. Online orders, paid subscriptions, automatic renewal, credit purchases and on-site payments are not enabled. Free or paid labels describe third-party products and are not sales offers from this website.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use the website for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, malicious code, circumvention of access restrictions or abusive requests that disrupt its operation. Automated access should follow robots.txt, technical restrictions and applicable rules.
Access may be limited, content adjusted or service temporarily interrupted for security, abuse prevention or maintenance.
3. Information and third-party links
Directory information is provided for reference. A source check and its date do not mean continuous monitoring, comprehensive hands-on testing, a security audit or a guarantee of a third-party product. Features, prices, licences and service conditions may change; check the relevant official source before making a decision.
Third-party websites and products are provided by their respective operators. Their own terms, privacy policies, payment, refund and support arrangements apply. This website does not promise third-party service outcomes, refunds or compatibility, or guarantee continuously accurate or complete information or uninterrupted availability.

Original editorial work and page design on this website, and referenced third-party names, trademarks, icons, works and open-source projects, remain subject to their respective rights and licence conditions. Listing a link does not transfer rights in third-party content.
Before reusing material, check its original source and applicable licence. Do not remove legally required attribution or falsely imply an affiliation between this website, jimala and a listed third party. Rights holders may use the contact channel below to request correction or removal, identifying the relevant page and basis of the claim.
5. Fees and future paid services
The website currently does not charge visitors to browse the directory or store payment-card details. As it does not currently accept orders, there is no payment, renewal or refund process for the present free browsing service.
Before accepting an order or charging for a future paid product or service, we will disclose the actual provider, product or service, price and currency, billing method, delivery, cancellation and refund terms, and contact channel, and update the applicable terms. This page does not establish future transaction conditions.
6. Privacy and updates
The separate Privacy Policy describes technical information associated with visits and browser-local preferences.
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, with the effective date shown on this page. New paid services or other matters requiring separate confirmation will include relevant disclosures in their respective processes. Updating this page will not automatically create a paid order for you.
