RETURNS

If you change your mind, you can return your watch within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email jimala@jimalafly.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior confirmation may be delayed or refused.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked shipping method — the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will confirm your refund by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days of approval. Original shipping fees are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.

EXCEPTIONS

Items showing wear, damage from use, or missing parts may be refused or only partially refunded. Wholesale and OEM orders follow the return terms in their commercial agreement.
